Return Policy

We do our best to ensure all frames and prints meet our rigorous quality control standards before they are shipped. However should your product arrive defective, or if it is damaged in the shipping process, return the product to GrowShow and we will replace it at no additional cost. Creating a framed GrowPrint is a unique and individualized process, so our customers are solely responsible for the quality of the final product. Please review your prints carefully before purchase. If it can be determined that the fault lies with our printer the full store credit shall apply. Orders can be returned up to 15 days after the ship date for full store credit minus shipping charges. If you would like to return a product from your order contact us at sales@growshow.com and request a Return Authorization Number prior to sending the product back. Be sure to include the order number in your correspondence.

Send the product back to the address below in its original packaging. You can expect a full credit to your account within 2 days of our receiving your returned product.

Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed, returned and refused packages, unless we made an error.
